Key responsibilities & impact

KPI Monitoring: Track daily indicators for stock value, coverage, turnover, stockouts and sales, reporting deviations to the Coordinator.
Order Management: Analyze and recommend adjustments to minimum order quantities, lead times and order frequency, identifying needs for portfolio cleanup or supplier migration.
Analytical Support: Prepare cost simulations, consolidate data and produce financial studies to support the commercial team's volume negotiations.
Variance Control: Identify discrepancies between planned and actual results in regional operations, proposing immediate operational adjustments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Advanced Excel
Knowledge of Power BI preferred
Knowledge of Profimetrics preferred
