About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Online Strategy Management: Define and maintain pricing policy for e-commerce, differentiating or aligning it with the physical store according to channel strategy;
Competitive Monitoring (Price Tracking): Manage price-tracking tools for the main players in the pharmacy retail sector;
Profitability and Margin: Control contribution margin by category, ensuring acquisition costs are covered;
Commercial Calendar & Promotions: Plan and execute pricing for campaigns and seasonal offers;
Elasticity Analysis: Evaluate how price changes affect sales volume to find the "break-even" point for each SKU;
Sensitive SKU Management: Closely monitor "traffic-driving" products (the most searched), ensuring maximum competitiveness where customers are most price-sensitive;
Rules and Algorithms: Develop and implement dynamic pricing rules and algorithms to automate system adjustments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

ERP TOTVS Consinco: Experience with pricing and commercial modules (required);
Pricing Tools: Proficiency with price-tracking software (e.g., InfoPrice or similar);
Applied Statistics: Knowledge of price elasticity models;
Power BI / Tableau: Ability to create KPI dashboards (Markup, Margin, Competitiveness, Mix);
Previous experience in pharmacy retail (understanding of PMC and CMED lists);
Technical knowledge to support configuration of dynamic pricing algorithms.
