About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the commercial development of grocery categories (sweet, savory and imported products);
Support commercial negotiations with suppliers, monitoring agreements and terms;
Maintain frequent contact with suppliers and interface with store teams;
Perform category performance analyses (sales, margin, turnover, stockouts, etc.);
Monitor key indicators;
Support category management with analyses, reports and insights for decision-making;
Execute commercial and operational routines for the Private Labels area;
Ensure correct use and updating of information in corporate systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree;
Previous experience as a buyer, analyst, retail commercial assistant or substantial in-store experience;
Intermediate Excel skills;
Comfortable with systems and data analysis;
Experience with private labels and familiarity with Profitmetrics, Consinco and BI tools will be a plus.
