About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support organizational structure and design projects, providing analyses of compensation impact and job structure
Support salary analyses and simulations based on internal data and market benchmarks
Develop, update, and review job descriptions aligned with the organizational structure and the job and salary plan
Participate in salary surveys, analyzing data and ensuring the company's competitive market positioning
Build and maintain compensation dashboards and metrics
Identify opportunities to improve compensation processes based on data and insights

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
Experience with the LG system and variable compensation (commissions) is a plus
