About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support organizational structure and design projects, providing analyses of compensation impact and job structure
- Support salary analyses and simulations based on internal data and market benchmarks
- Develop, update, and review job descriptions aligned with the organizational structure and the job and salary plan
- Participate in salary surveys, analyzing data and ensuring the company's competitive market positioning
- Build and maintain compensation dashboards and metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve compensation processes based on data and insights
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Experience with the LG system and variable compensation (commissions) is a plus
