About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work on organizational design, creating new organizational structures, org charts, area modeling, and strategic alignment of roles;
  • Conduct regionalized compensation diagnostics, studies, best practices, and salary simulations across different scenarios;
  • Build and update the company’s job and career structures, ensuring efficiency and productivity gains;
  • Structure new career paths and perform in-depth analyses of salary tables, maintaining internal equity and external competitiveness of compensation;
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency, promoting visibility and enabling informed decision-making for the company;
  • Design and implement efficient, competitive commission programs aligned with business objectives;
  • Apply job evaluation and pricing methodologies, especially Korn Ferry, to ensure consistency and market alignment;
  • Propose and lead continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on process automation and innovation;
  • Maintain a strong business perspective (360º view) and act as a strategic partner to the business units, understanding their needs and challenges.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields;
  • Advanced Excel experience — VBA experience is valued;
  • Knowledge of job evaluation methods, preferably Korn Ferry;
  • Practical familiarity with the use of AI in corporate contexts;
  • Strong analytical skills, logical reasoning, and a data-driven mindset;
  • Experience in large organizations or environments that required creation of new models is desirable.
