About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the company's strategic mapping;
- Update strategic information weekly;
- Focus on recruitment and selection for strategic corporate positions;
- Align the candidate profile with the hiring manager;
- End-to-end recruitment and selection process;
- Report to area managers on the status of processes;
- Monitor SLAs;
- Source candidates: post job openings, screen applications, contact candidates by phone, and administer assessments;
- Support and/or lead salary offer alignment and extend offers to candidates;
- Provide rejection feedback to unsuccessful candidates;
- Track vacancy metrics and ensure diversity in candidate shortlists;
- Monitor recruitment and selection KPIs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Psychology;
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
- Experience with the Gupy platform is desirable;
- Professional experience in recruitment and selection (R&S) for corporate positions;
- Experience in retail is a plus.
