About the role
- Prepare the sales, margin and expense budget, coordinating with the responsible departments (3 annual cycles);
- Monitor Actual vs. Budget to identify and understand variances so the budget becomes increasingly accurate;
- Provide support to regional teams, answering budget-related questions and making corrections when necessary;
- Report the official budget to corporate and regional stakeholders;
- Attend results meetings with regional teams to understand the business and stay informed about current and future projects;
- Identify improvement and automation opportunities in the current process and lead projects with the team and/or other departments to implement them.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Advanced Excel knowledge is essential;
- Experience in Financial/Strategic Planning (retail experience is a plus);
- Experience developing tools and producing highly complex reports is a plus.
