Support the planning, execution and monitoring of digital campaigns across Content, Influencer Marketing and Social Media;
Work with agencies and partner creators, ensuring deadlines are met, deliverables meet quality standards, and messaging aligns with the brand's strategic pillars (low price, regional focus and presence);
Assist in managing publications and content calendars (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, website and Meu Assaí app), contributing to the approval workflow and and monitoring of posts;
Prepare performance and deliverables reports, consolidating digital performance data;
Monitor the delivery and performance of influencer campaigns, ensuring content follows the brief, brand voice and guidelines;
Conduct market and competitor benchmarking, identifying trends, formats and opportunities to strengthen Assaí's digital presence;
Support integration across Social Media, Influencer and Online Media teams, helping ensure activities are aligned with brand and store campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Advertising, Public Relations, Social Communication, Marketing or related fields;
Previous experience (internship or up to 2 years) in digital marketing, social media, content or influencer areas is a plus;
Basic knowledge of digital metrics and KPIs;
Familiarity with social media platforms and content management tools (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, influencer platforms, etc.)
