About the role
- Collect, organize, and analyze transactional data from acquirers, sub-acquirers, and financial flows;
- Monitor key performance indicators (e.g., approval rate, chargebacks, fraud, MDR) and produce regular reports for stakeholders;
- Identify patterns and anomalies in payment flows, proposing solutions to optimize processes and reduce costs;
- Build interactive dashboards to support product and operations teams in decision-making;
- Collaborate with product teams to analyze the impact of changes in payment flows or strategic partnerships;
- Monitor the effectiveness of anti-fraud strategies and recommend data-driven adjustments;
- Support financial analyses for dynamic pricing of fees and promotions in payment services.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Databricks, with a focus on data modeling and manipulation;
- Experience with Python and Spark;
- Experience handling large volumes of transactional and financial data;
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Looker;
- Knowledge of AI tools.
