Facilitate continuous improvement plans across the manufacturing site
Analyze and understand current processes in relation to various operational functions
Work with site staff on opportunities and project definitions
Facilitate teams on projects to understand root causes and develop actions for improvements
Provide communication through report outs and escalate as necessary
Participate in planning and execution of new ERP system

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production/Operations Management, Purchasing or equivalent business experience
7-10 years progressive experience in supply chain or operations management
Strong ERP background
Knowledge of planning, buying, scheduling, operator interfaces, labor planning, build planning, plant floor reporting, inventory management, and warehouse management
