About the role

  • Facilitate continuous improvement plans across the manufacturing site
  • Analyze and understand current processes in relation to various operational functions
  • Work with site staff on opportunities and project definitions
  • Facilitate teams on projects to understand root causes and develop actions for improvements
  • Provide communication through report outs and escalate as necessary
  • Participate in planning and execution of new ERP system

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production/Operations Management, Purchasing or equivalent business experience
  • 7-10 years progressive experience in supply chain or operations management
  • Strong ERP background
  • Knowledge of planning, buying, scheduling, operator interfaces, labor planning, build planning, plant floor reporting, inventory management, and warehouse management
