About the role
- Facilitate continuous improvement plans across the manufacturing site
- Analyze and understand current processes in relation to various operational functions
- Work with site staff on opportunities and project definitions
- Facilitate teams on projects to understand root causes and develop actions for improvements
- Provide communication through report outs and escalate as necessary
- Participate in planning and execution of new ERP system
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production/Operations Management, Purchasing or equivalent business experience
- 7-10 years progressive experience in supply chain or operations management
- Strong ERP background
- Knowledge of planning, buying, scheduling, operator interfaces, labor planning, build planning, plant floor reporting, inventory management, and warehouse management
