About the role

  • Support the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, banners and presentations
  • Ensure that all content is up-to-date, consistent, and tailored for specific channels
  • Manage storage and fulfilment tasks and relationships with 3rd party vendors
  • Assist with the development of event materials and post-event follow-up strategies for tradeshow and customer events
  • Process sample requests for sales, vendors and customer events
  • Support trade show logistics and tasks
  • NPI project management support
  • Lead PO creation and receival process

Requirements

  • Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in a professional setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Willingness to study reference materials, ask questions and resolve problems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills along with the ability to grow from constructive feedback.
  • Ability to interact with various levels of management while being positive and professional.
  • Ability to multi-task & prioritize with excellent follow-through and task completion.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, often-changing environment
  • Flexible and positive attitude; able to work independently and within teams
