Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (required)
- Master's degree or MBA (preferred)
- Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish
- Proven experience leading regional or multinational IT organizations
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
