About the role
- Work collaboratively with Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, Brand Marketing and Sales to support data driven decisions.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing industry, category and consumer data to identify trends and insights through multiple research tools and data sources.
- Support the development of surveys and other research methods to gather consumer insights.
- Help compile reports and presentations that summarize key insights for internal stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to discussions related to category and consumer insights.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed.
Requirements
- Previous internship or related experience in marketing or communications is a plus.
- Completed or working toward a college degree, preferably in Marketing, Business or Data Analytics.
- Ideal candidate is in their Senior year and able to work 25+ hours per week.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel and Powerpoint.
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
- Effective communicator, both written and oral.
- Self-motivated, with a strong emphasis on achieving commitments.
- Operates with a sense of urgency; identifies opportunities and acts quickly to achieve results.
- Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn about category and consumer insights.
