About the role

  • Integrated into the Executive Committee with strategic responsibility for R&D activities
  • Manage software development activities and supervise the R&D team, coaching both senior and independent engineers
  • Drive the modernization of tools and processes across teams, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment
  • Ensure the quality, security, and reliability of deliverables across both software and hardware components
  • Define and execute the long-term technical strategy to support product evolution for global markets
  • Lead and support the evolution of products and teams, fostering collaboration and a culture of innovation

Requirements

  • Experienced technical leader with solid knowledge of electronics and software
  • Strategic vision with proven experience managing R&D or technical organizations (software, electronics, access control)
  • Ability to inspire, unify, and lead teams effectively
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Engineering degree or Master’s in software engineering/computer science (or equivalent), with several years of software development experience and a track record of introducing new tools and processes
