About the role

  • Lead and manage the QA function for Oracle Fusion applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.)
  • Develop and execute comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and upgrades
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks using tools like Selenium, Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS), or Oracle Test Automation (OAT)
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
  • Oversee integration, system, regression, and UAT testing phases
  • Manage test environments and coordinate test data setup
  • Analyze test results, log defects, and track issues to resolution using tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or TestRail
  • Ensure QA best practices and compliance with company policies and industry standards
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management for QA team members
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics and KPIs to stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement in test coverage, efficiency, and reliability

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a QA leadership/management role
  • Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks such as: Selenium WebDriver, Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS), Oracle Test Automation (OAT), TestNG, JUnit, or similar
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies: Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM)
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
