About the role
- Analyze and identify technical issues
- Inform customers of identified technical issues and of changes or repairs required
- On-site commissioning and training for electronic and digital key solutions
- Provide customer training through our Alcea Academy
- Assist users in operating a product or piece of equipment
- Manage incoming requests via multiple channels (phone, email, ticketing system, etc.)
- Propose improvements to help achieve operational excellence
- Use ticketing management software (create, manage, track)
- Use document management software
Requirements
- Two-year post-secondary degree (Bac+2) in electrotechnics or equivalent
- Ideally 5 to 10 years of experience working with locking devices/systems
- Knowledge of electronic locking solutions (KEL, Bigsur EVO, APERIO)
- Good IT knowledge (SQL, Windows Server)
- Familiarity with organizational charts is a plus
- Good spoken English
- Strong written communication skills in French and English
- Ability to manage cases through to resolution
