About the role

  • Analyze and identify technical issues
  • Inform customers of identified technical issues and of changes or repairs required
  • On-site commissioning and training for electronic and digital key solutions
  • Provide customer training through our Alcea Academy
  • Assist users in operating a product or piece of equipment
  • Manage incoming requests via multiple channels (phone, email, ticketing system, etc.)
  • Propose improvements to help achieve operational excellence
  • Use ticketing management software (create, manage, track)
  • Use document management software

Requirements

  • Two-year post-secondary degree (Bac+2) in electrotechnics or equivalent
  • Ideally 5 to 10 years of experience working with locking devices/systems
  • Knowledge of electronic locking solutions (KEL, Bigsur EVO, APERIO)
  • Good IT knowledge (SQL, Windows Server)
  • Familiarity with organizational charts is a plus
  • Good spoken English
  • Strong written communication skills in French and English
  • Ability to manage cases through to resolution
