Work with Key Decision Makers to develop and implement account strategies for the Modular industry for ASSA ABLOY / Tell Manufacturing
Execute promotional plans, manage product mix, develop national promotions, and provide key metrics to account decision makers
Present quarterly business reviews updating strategies and results
Strategic account planning, forecasting, demand planning, and driving customer experience, profitability and sales growth
Develop and maintain relationships with key merchandising, marketing and sales personnel in assigned accounts; sales meetings, new product presentations and trade shows
Create, facilitate and manage promotional plans and forecast to HHI supply chain teams; communicate with channel, product and supply chain teams regarding account updates and execution plans
Collaborate to align strategies with customer focus on new products, brand awareness and HHI product knowledge
Negotiate, develop and maintain customer contracts and partnership agreements; align sales strategies for key retail accounts
Manage expense budget
Develop and implement strategic plans including top-line sales plan, promotional plans, mix management, and new product introductions
Assist marketing and sales management with marketing strategies and advertising plans; recommend opportunities for increased penetration
Lead and coordinate projects for HHI brands in assigned accounts including advertising and promotional activities
Travel required for meetings, training seminars, trade shows and end user presentations (approx. 30%)
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field required
Management Experience in Multi-Level Organization preferred
5 years prior work experience as National Account Manager, Marketing Management
Previous experience selling in the Modular industry is a plus
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
Ability to strategically develop plans and processes
Demonstrated sales and negotiation Skills
Excellent Presentation Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Self-Motivated with strong work ethic
