About the role
- Lead and oversee the successful delivery of customer projects across the UK portfolio, ensuring alignment with budget, timelines, and quality standards.
- Evaluate and prioritize projects based on strategic value, risk, cost, and resource availability to maximize business impact.
- Coach and support Project Managers, fostering talent development and ensuring consistent adoption of best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and other teams to drive process improvements and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project governance and financial performance, providing clear reporting and acting as a key escalation point for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Project Managers within a technology-driven organization.
- Strong background in overseeing project budgets and understanding key commercial drivers.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a strong focus on delivering successful project outcomes under pressure.
