Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field required
  • Two (2) years' combination of relevant experience and education may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Demonstrated success supporting MS Office applications in a corporate environment
  • Demonstrated success working with a ticketing system for technical management support
  • Demonstrated success troubleshooting common IT issues involving personal computers, mobile devices, printers, phones, and online messaging platforms
  • Demonstrated success utilizing resources to assist in resolving IT issues
  • Demonstrated success mentoring peers
  • Experience in a health care setting preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field strongly preferred
  • HDI Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Boot Camp or ITIL Foundation certification preferred
  • Must reside in an approved remote work state for UW Health
