About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct psychiatric and AODA assessments of patients in an inpatient and outpatient setting.
See patients as needed for new and follow-up psychiatric care, AODA treatment, including medications and psychotherapy.
Be responsible for assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, health promotion and care coordination for patients with acute and chronic health needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Nursing Program if Nurse Practitioner
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from accredited PA Program if Physician Assistant
Active RN and APNP license in State of Wisconsin and active board certification as a NP in Psychiatric-Mental Health if Nurse Practitioner
Active PA license in State of Wisconsin and active PA board certification if Physician Assistant
Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
