About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct psychiatric and AODA assessments of patients in an inpatient and outpatient setting.
- See patients as needed for new and follow-up psychiatric care, AODA treatment, including medications and psychotherapy.
- Be responsible for assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, health promotion and care coordination for patients with acute and chronic health needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Nursing Program if Nurse Practitioner
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from accredited PA Program if Physician Assistant
- Active RN and APNP license in State of Wisconsin and active board certification as a NP in Psychiatric-Mental Health if Nurse Practitioner
- Active PA license in State of Wisconsin and active PA board certification if Physician Assistant
- Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
