RN – Pediatric and Congenital Cardiology Clinic
Aspirus HealthRegistered Nurse providing care for congenital heart defects in Pediatric Cardiology. Collaborating with the Cardiology team at American Family Children’s Hospital in Madison, WI.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Practice closely with the Pediatric Cardiology team to help care for patients with congenital heart defects
- Help provide coverage for clinic visits by working directly with patients, coordinating care, and monitoring clinic flow
- Work with the Pediatric Cardiology team to provide telephone triage
- Participate in planning for program growth, develop patient education materials and develop quality improvement projects
- The Pediatric Specialty Clinic Cardiology division continues to grow, providing new opportunities for career growth and development within our specialty
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate of school of nursing Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
- 6 months of RN experience Required
- Relevant RN experience Preferred
- Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required
- CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire Required
- Applicable clinical certification Preferred
