About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the day-to-day execution, optimization and ongoing stewardship of site structure, navigation and end-to-end user journeys to ensure high-quality experiences across channels
Apply analytics, audience insights and user experience best practices to inform recommendations and guide execution
Ensure alignment with WCAG accessibility standards, brand guidelines and enterprise digital standards
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, IS, operations, clinical teams and HR to translate digital strategy into execution
Drive continuous improvement through governance, SEO/AEO/GEO optimization, experimentation and workflow innovation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Digital marketing, communication, computer science or related field
3 years experience in digital strategy and/or content management with progressive responsibility, including experience with complex enterprise websites
Experience with healthcare websites Preferred
Experience with testing platforms Preferred
