About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Evaluate patients presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns and diagnoses.
- Collaborate with patients on individualized treatment plans with specific goals and outcomes.
- Coordinate patient care with primary care, other specialty providers, and families via written and verbal communication.
- Provide psychotherapy, utilizing multiple modalities and methods consistent with evidence-based practice, including specific and focused treatment protocols, when appropriate.
- Utilize progress monitoring and outcome measurement tools to assess benefits of psychotherapy and change the treatment plan, if necessary.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum – Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or other behavioral health related field
- Minimum – 2 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults
- Preferred – 5 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker Upon Hire Required or
- Licensed Professional Counselor Upon Hire Required or
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Upon Hire Required and
- Basic Life Support/CPR within 6 months Required.
