About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support clinical operations in the Pediatric Specialty Clinics
  • Act as a resource, respond to questions and provide support to department staff as it relates to payroll, time-off, policies, procedures, education and scheduling
  • Coordinate administrative aspects of the team with reports, policies, procedures, manuals, and administrative tools
  • Purchase supplies, materials, services or equipment. Provide leadership support with management of calendars, maintenance of agendas, and take meeting minutes
  • Develop, maintain, and support administrative and clinical templates, tools, and tracking documents and clinical staff scheduling

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field Preferred
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative support role Required
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative support function Preferred
  • Previous experience in a health care setting Preferred
