Work in collaboration with sports performance staff.
Provide care at East Madison Hospital and Science Dr Medical Center in Madison, WI; schedule typically four 10-hour day shifts (40 hrs/week).
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy Required
Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months Required
2 years of prior relevant experience Preferred
