About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze clinical outcomes data to identify trends, variation, and performance gaps
- Translate insights into actionable improvement strategies in partnership with clinical leadership
- Abstract, audit, and validate complex datasets to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing leaders, and operational teams to implement evidence-based improvements
- Drive structured improvement work using A3, Lean, and QAPI methodologies
- Monitor and report regulatory and quality metrics
- Serve as a clinical liaison between frontline teams and analytics partners.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate from a school of nursing with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Required
- 2 years relevant experience Required
- 2 years experience working transplant, organ donation, critical care, data/quality, or health informatics Preferred
- Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required
