About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide treatment services to patients of all genders and ages after acute and chronic episodes of pain, dysfunction, and surgeries.
- Collaborate with other providers in coordinating patient and family care across multiple services.
- Serve as a clinical instructor on a rotating basis to assist in development of our future colleague.
- Assist in long term planning for a pelvic health physical therapy residency.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy Required
- 2 years of prior relevant experience Preferred
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months Required
