About the role
- Work collaboratively to create and update staffing plans and maximize resource efficiency and staff allocation
- Build partnerships with various disciplines across the organization
- Communicate sick calls, calculate and forecast future staffing needs
- Critically think to allocate and assign resources to fill current daily staffing needs across nursing
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field Preferred
- 1 year of experience in an administrative support role or customer service-related field Required
- 3 years in an administrative support function Preferred
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting Preferred
