About the role

  • Work collaboratively to create and update staffing plans and maximize resource efficiency and staff allocation
  • Build partnerships with various disciplines across the organization
  • Communicate sick calls, calculate and forecast future staffing needs
  • Critically think to allocate and assign resources to fill current daily staffing needs across nursing

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field Preferred
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative support role or customer service-related field Required
  • 3 years in an administrative support function Preferred
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting Preferred
