Key responsibilities & impact

Work collaboratively to create and update staffing plans and maximize resource efficiency and staff allocation
Build partnerships with various disciplines across the organization
Communicate sick calls, calculate and forecast future staffing needs
Critically think to allocate and assign resources to fill current daily staffing needs across nursing

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent Required
Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field Preferred
1 year of experience in an administrative support role or customer service-related field Required
3 years in an administrative support function Preferred
Previous experience in a healthcare setting Preferred
