About the role
- Provide team-based leadership for occupational and physical therapy staff
- Manage long-range planning for staffing levels, including recruitment and retention efforts
- Develop and manage the therapy team’s programs, procedures, and protocols
- Provide remarkable patient care as outlined in the clinician position description as an occupational or physical therapist
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy Required
- Master's Degree in a related clinical field or in business/health care administration Preferred
- Doctorate Degree in a related clinical field or in business/health care administration Preferred
- 3 years of professional experience as an OT or PT Required
- Previous therapy leadership experience Preferred
- Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Required
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Required
- Certification in Healthcare Provider Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Automatic External Defibrillator Required
