💰 $28 - $40 per hour
About the role
- 100%, day/eve, Monday-Friday / 8:00am-5:00pm / Rotating weekends / Rotating holidays.
- Your primary work location will be 2550 Charles St Rockford IL.
- You may be eligible for a $5,000 sign on bonus
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association. Required
- Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure. Required
- Valid State driver’s license and proof of liability insurance. Required
- Bi-Annual CPR certification. Required
- An applicant for employment as a physical, occupational, or speech therapists must present acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test at the time of employment. An applicant who fails to provide this documentation will not be hired. A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist or assistant until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided. Required
