About the role
- Evaluate patients presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns and diagnoses
- Collaborate with patients on individualized treatment plans with specific goals and outcomes
- Coordinate patient care with primary care, other specialty providers, and families via written and verbal communication
- Provide psychotherapy, utilizing multiple modalities and methods consistent with evidence-based practice, including specific and focused treatment protocols, when appropriate
- Utilize progress monitoring and outcome measurement tools to assess benefits of psychotherapy and change the treatment plan, if necessary
Requirements
- Minimum – Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or other behavioral health related field
- Minimum – 2 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults
- Preferred – 5 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker Upon Hire Required or
- Licensed Professional Counselor Upon Hire Required or
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Upon Hire Required
- Basic Life Support/CPR within 6 months Required
- Minimum – Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Psychology (Psy.D.) in Counseling or Clinical Psychology or related field for Clinical Psychologist
- Minimum – One (1) year of postdoctoral supervised clinical experience Preferred for Clinical Psychologist
- Licensure or eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in Wisconsin for Clinical Psychologist
- Basic Life Support/CPR within 6 months Required for Clinical Psychologist
