About the role
- Working as an independent healthcare provider, you'll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team.
- Evaluate patients presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns and diagnoses.
- Collaborate with patients on individualized treatment plans with specific goals and outcomes.
- Coordinate patient care with primary care, other specialty providers, and families via written and verbal communication.
- Provide psychotherapy, utilizing multiple modalities and methods consistent with evidence-based practice, including specific and focused treatment protocols, when appropriate.
- Utilize progress monitoring and outcome measurement tools to assess benefits of psychotherapy and change the treatment plan, if necessary.
- Hybrid position: when in person, work at 5249 E Terrace Dr, Madison, WI.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or other behavioral health related field Required
- 2 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults Required
- 5 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults Preferred
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker Upon Hire Required or Licensed Professional Counselor Upon Hire Required or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Upon Hire Required
- Basic Life Support/CPR within 6 months Required
- Substance Abuse Counselor Upon Hire Preferred or Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor Upon Hire Preferred
