About the role

  • 100% FTE, Exempt, day shift position. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
  • Hybrid role based out of Rockford at Swedish American Hospital.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in human resources, education, health care, communications, non-profit management, project management or closely related field. Required
  • Master’s degree in education, human resources, health care or closely related field. Preferred
  • Three (3) years higher education, project management, human resources or other closely related experience. Required
  • Five (5) or more years, higher education, project management, human resources or other closely related experience. Grant management and evaluation experience. Preferred
  • Project management certification or education certification. Preferred
