About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver in-person and remote training sessions (one-to-one, small groups, webinars).
  • Travel across the province of Quebec to support clinics on site.
  • Assess users’ skill levels and adapt the pace and teaching approach accordingly.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide real-time solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials (guides, videos, interactive tutorials).
  • Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex situations.
  • Work with the product team to relay field feedback and requirements.
  • Provide personalized post-training follow-up.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning pathways.
  • Represent the brand at professional events (trade shows, conferences, demonstrations).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Based in Quebec City (Québec) or Montreal.
  • Proven experience in the dental field or in training users on digital tools, with a passion for sharing knowledge.
  • Autonomous, patient, and service-oriented.
  • Experience in training, user onboarding/enablement, or software support.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a solid sense of pedagogy.
  • Good understanding of dental clinic operations (scheduling, billing, patient records, imaging, etc.).
  • Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and software environments.
  • Organized, autonomous, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in the field.
  • Excellent written and spoken French and English.
