About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver in-person and remote training sessions (one-to-one, small groups, webinars).
Travel across the province of Quebec to support clinics on site.
Assess users’ skill levels and adapt the pace and teaching approach accordingly.
Troubleshoot issues and provide real-time solutions.
Contribute to the development of training materials (guides, videos, interactive tutorials).
Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex situations.
Work with the product team to relay field feedback and requirements.
Provide personalized post-training follow-up.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning pathways.
Represent the brand at professional events (trade shows, conferences, demonstrations).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Based in Quebec City (Québec) or Montreal.
Proven experience in the dental field or in training users on digital tools, with a passion for sharing knowledge.
Autonomous, patient, and service-oriented.
Experience in training, user onboarding/enablement, or software support.
Strong interpersonal skills and a solid sense of pedagogy.
Good understanding of dental clinic operations (scheduling, billing, patient records, imaging, etc.).
Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts.
Proficiency with digital tools and software environments.
Organized, autonomous, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in the field.
Excellent written and spoken French and English.
