Key responsibilities & impact

Build and execute digital marketing campaigns through HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
Develop and optimize CRM sequences, email campaigns, and marketing workflows.
Support lead generation and brand visibility initiatives across key channels.
Create marketing collateral including product literature, case studies, social content, and event materials.
Partner closely with sales leadership to align marketing messaging with customer and market needs.
Conduct HubSpot audits and optimize CRM data management and campaign performance.
Track campaign performance and produce reporting on marketing results and engagement.
Identify new marketing opportunities and recommend improvements to channel and campaign strategy.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B or B2G environments.
Hands-on HubSpot experience including CRM management, sequences, and campaign execution.
Strong organizational, project management, and marketing execution skills.
Comfortable working independently as the primary marketing resource within an organization.
Strongly Preferred: Experience marketing to government, public safety, or mission-critical industries.
Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and digital advertising platforms.
Experience developing content, case studies, and event/trade show marketing materials.
