Technical Support Advisor – Technical Support Agent
Aspire SoftwareTechnical Support Advisor assisting dental clinics in Quebec by providing support for Dentitek software. Playing a key role in improving client experience, resolving technical issues and ensuring smooth operations.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Quickly understand users' concerns and propose concrete, clear, and appropriate solutions.
- Assist dental teams in the optimal use of the software: patient records, scheduling, billing, insurance and more.
- Resolve technical and functional issues while explaining solutions in simple, non-technical terms.
- Play a key role in the customer experience by turning each support request into a positive interaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the product and processes.
- Actively contribute to the quality and reliability of a tool essential to clinic operations.
- Document all interactions, issues and solutions in the support system.
- Provide remote Level 1 support to clients by phone and email and escalate complex cases to the appropriate level.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in the dental field and knowledge of Dentitek software (recommended).
- Experience in technical support or customer service.
- Good understanding of dental clinic operations (scheduling, billing, patient records, imaging, etc.).
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Proficiency with digital tools and software environments.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Organized, autonomous and detail-oriented.
- Excellent spoken and written French and intermediate English.
