About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications and systems.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define software requirements and specifications.
Mentor and guide junior software engineers to enhance their skills and ensure quality delivery.
Conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality and adherence to best practices.
Design and architect scalable, maintainable, and robust software solutions.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs in a timely manner.
Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and tools.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in software development with at least 2 years in a lead or senior engineering role.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies including Agile and Scrum.
Experience with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience mentoring and guiding engineering teams.
Familiarity with database systems, APIs, and modern software architecture patterns.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
