About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify, engage, and qualify dental clinics and multi-location groups
  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and creative channels
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Develop targeted prospecting strategies based on ICP and market insights
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand clinics’ workflows and pain points
  • Deliver product demonstrations and articulate clear value tied to ROI
  • Handle objections and navigate stakeholders to advance deals
  • Own the full cycle: prospecting → discovery → demo → close
  • Maintain velocity with a focus on short-cycle closes
  • Develop expertise in your assigned territory or vertical
  • Build relationships within the dental ecosystem (PMS partners, consultants, referrers)
  • Identify expansion opportunities within clinic groups and DSOs
  • Share insights on messaging, objections, and competitive dynamics
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine positioning
  • Continuously test and iterate on prospecting and sales approaches

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3+ years of B2B sales or SDR experience (full-cycle sales experience is a strong plus)
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, comfortable owning pipeline and closing deals
  • Strong communication and discovery skills with a consultative approach
  • Resilient and comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting
  • Organized and able to manage multiple deals simultaneously
  • Experience selling to dental clinics, healthcare SMBs, or clinics (strongly preferred)
  • Experience selling SaaS or workflow software (strongly preferred)
