Build and ship AI features inside our dental practice software
Work on LLM-powered workflows (documentation, automation, insights)
Design and implement APIs and services for AI capabilities
Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams
Identify opportunities to improve internal processes using AI
Prototype quickly and iterate based on real user needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Languages: Python (required), familiarity with JavaScript or backend frameworks
AI/ML:
Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI or similar)
Understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG
Familiarity with NLP and basic ML concepts
Frameworks & Tools:
PyTorch or TensorFlow (basic proficiency is fine)
LangChain or similar orchestration tools
Backend & Infra:
REST APIs and microservices
Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Docker (Kubernetes is a plus)
Data:
SQL and working with structured/unstructured data
Exposure to vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.)
Nice to Have
Experience in healthcare or dental software
Familiarity with HIPAA or sensitive data handling
Experience building user-facing AI features
Exposure to analytics or reporting systems
