About the role
- Research and identify target accounts within the sports, live entertainment, and stadium sectors across the five markets
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
- Qualify inbound leads and manage initial discovery conversations
- Book and coordinate introductory meetings and demos for the senior sales team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (leads, activities, pipeline stages)
- Build and iterate on outreach messaging tailored to each market and persona
- Monitor industry news, events, and triggers to identify timely outreach opportunities
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for outreach activity, meetings booked, and qualified pipeline
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (internships count)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language in Spanish, Italian, French or Portuguese is a strong advantage)
- A genuine hunger to break into B2B tech sales and build a commercial career
- Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working with targets and KPIs
- Confident on the phone and in written outreach — resilient and persistent without being pushy
- Comfortable with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms (e.g. HubSpot)
- Legally authorized to work in Spain
