About the role
- **Key Responsibilities**
- **Market and account research**
- - Research hotels, accommodation providers and hospitality businesses across multiple European markets
- - Identify ICP qualified accounts using defined criteria
- - Gather key company data including size, location, tech stack and booking channels
- **Contact identification and list building**
- - Find and verify decision makers such as general managers, revenue managers and owners
- - Build accurate and structured contact lists for use in outbound sequences
- - Ensure all data is complete, current and compliant with GDPR requirements
- **Sales Support Activities**
- - Prepare account briefs and summaries for full cycle sales executives
- - Assist with updating CRM records based on research
- - Support outbound campaigns by preparing targeted lists for email, phone and LinkedIn outreach
- - Flag high priority targets and market trends to the sales team
- **Data quality and reporting**
- - Maintain high standards of accuracy in all contact and company data
- - Follow established data management processes in HubSpot
- - Provide weekly summaries of activity, volume and completed research tasks
- **Optional Role Expansion: Outbound Prospecting and Appointment Setting**
- - For the right candidate, this position may expand beyond research and list building. If the SDR demonstrates strong communication skills, confidence on the phone and the ability to engage hotel decision makers, they may take on outbound prospecting responsibilities.

- - Conducting outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn
- - Qualifying prospects using defined criteria and documenting insights in HubSpot
- - Booking introductory meetings or discovery calls for full cycle sales executives
- - Supporting localised outreach campaigns in markets such as Germany and the UK
- - Providing feedback on messaging effectiveness and common objections
- **Success indicators for the expanded scope: **
- - Consistent delivery of qualified meetings for AEs
- - Strong outreach-to-meeting conversion rates
- - Accurate CRM notes and handovers
- - Proactive identification of high-potential accounts during research
Requirements
- **Must Have**
- - 1 to 3 years experience in research-focused SDR, lead generation or data enrichment roles
- - Strong research capability using public websites, directories and business databases
- - High attention to detail and ability to work at pace
- - Clear written communication skills in English
- - Comfortable working with CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and spreadsheet tools
- - Ability to follow structured processes and documentation
- **Nice To Have**
- - Experience in SaaS, hospitality tech or travel technology
- - Familiarity with GDPR compliant data handling
- - Understanding of hotel operations and common roles within a hotel business
- - German language skills helpful but not required
