About the role
- Support and maintain a large Providex / PVX Plus codebase in production
- Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues in live environments
- Work directly with support to gather details, explain root causes, and provide clear updates
- Deliver fixes and improvements with a strong focus on system stability
- Participate in on-call rotation and handle occasional after-hours support when required
- Collaborate closely with support, product, and engineering teams
- Contribute to documentation and shared technical knowledge
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Providex / PVX Plus in a production environment
- Experience supporting business-critical systems
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in legacy codebases
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Comfort owning issues end-to-end until resolution
- ERP, accounting, or financial systems experience
- SQL and data-level troubleshooting
- Client-facing or support-oriented engineering background
- Experience working remotely with distributed teams
