About the role
- Quickly understand users’ issues and propose clear, concrete, and appropriate solutions.
- Support dental teams in the optimal use of the software: patient records, scheduling, billing, insurance and more.
- Resolve technical and functional issues while explaining solutions in simple terms.
- Play a key role in the customer experience by turning each support request into a positive interaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the product and processes.
- Actively contribute to the quality and reliability of a tool essential to the smooth operation of clinics.
- Document all interactions, issues, and solutions in the support system.
- Provide remote Level 1 support to clients by phone and email and escalate complex cases to the appropriate level.
Requirements
- Experience in the dental field (knowledge of Dentitek software is an asset).
- Experience in technical support or customer service.
- Good understanding of dental office operations (scheduling, billing, patient records, imaging, etc.).
- Ability to explain technical concepts in plain language.
- Proficiency with digital tools and software environments.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Organized, autonomous, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent spoken and written French and intermediate level of English.
