About the role

  • Quickly understand users’ issues and propose clear, concrete, and appropriate solutions.
  • Support dental teams in the optimal use of the software: patient records, scheduling, billing, insurance and more.
  • Resolve technical and functional issues while explaining solutions in simple terms.
  • Play a key role in the customer experience by turning each support request into a positive interaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the product and processes.
  • Actively contribute to the quality and reliability of a tool essential to the smooth operation of clinics.
  • Document all interactions, issues, and solutions in the support system.
  • Provide remote Level 1 support to clients by phone and email and escalate complex cases to the appropriate level.

Requirements

  • Experience in the dental field (knowledge of Dentitek software is an asset).
  • Experience in technical support or customer service.
  • Good understanding of dental office operations (scheduling, billing, patient records, imaging, etc.).
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in plain language.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and software environments.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized, autonomous, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent spoken and written French and intermediate level of English.
