About the role

  • Identify, engage, and qualify new customers across the DACH region
  • Build and maintain a scalable outbound pipeline
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and ICP definition
  • Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns
  • Lead product demos and customer presentations
  • Prepare proposals and manage commercial negotiations
  • Use modern sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI tools)
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and track key sales KPIs
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and messaging
  • Coordinate with Professional Services for seamless handover of new clients

Requirements

  • Fluent, native-level German (written and spoken)
  • Strong English skills for internal communication
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (software/SaaS preferred)
  • Experience in a hybrid SDR/AE role or similar environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and LinkedIn-based outreach
  • Structured, analytical, KPI-driven working style
  • High level of ownership, proactivity, and independence
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region when needed
