About the role
- Identify, engage, and qualify new customers across the DACH region
- Build and maintain a scalable outbound pipeline
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and ICP definition
- Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns
- Lead product demos and customer presentations
- Prepare proposals and manage commercial negotiations
- Use modern sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI tools)
- Maintain accurate forecasting and track key sales KPIs
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and messaging
- Coordinate with Professional Services for seamless handover of new clients
Requirements
- Fluent, native-level German (written and spoken)
- Strong English skills for internal communication
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (software/SaaS preferred)
- Experience in a hybrid SDR/AE role or similar environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and LinkedIn-based outreach
- Structured, analytical, KPI-driven working style
- High level of ownership, proactivity, and independence
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region when needed
