About the role
- Develop and execute a new business acquisition strategy across Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, and France.
- Identify, engage, and close net-new customers in transportation & logistics or wealth management sectors.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (Operations, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, C-Level).
- Deliver compelling product presentations and clearly communicate value and ROI.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Leadership, and Customer Success.
- Maintain accurate pipeline updates and forecasts in the CRM system.
- Represent Helios Group / Portfolio Company at industry events, client meetings, and trade fairs throughout the region.
- Provide market insights to support strategic decisions and product development.
- Contribute to the long-term development of the commercial organization, with future leadership potential.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in B2B software sales, ideally SaaS.
- Background or strong exposure in:Transportation & Logistics, TMS, supply chain software OR Wealth Management, financial software, treasury, banking tech
- Proven success in New Business Development and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with consultative, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English (additional French or Dutch is an advantage).
- Highly self-motivated, structured, and comfortable working remotely across multiple countries.
