About the role

  • Develop and execute a new business acquisition strategy across Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, and France.
  • Identify, engage, and close net-new customers in transportation & logistics or wealth management sectors.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (Operations, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, C-Level).
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and clearly communicate value and ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Leadership, and Customer Success.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline updates and forecasts in the CRM system.
  • Represent Helios Group / Portfolio Company at industry events, client meetings, and trade fairs throughout the region.
  • Provide market insights to support strategic decisions and product development.
  • Contribute to the long-term development of the commercial organization, with future leadership potential.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in B2B software sales, ideally SaaS.
  • Background or strong exposure in:Transportation & Logistics, TMS, supply chain software OR Wealth Management, financial software, treasury, banking tech
  • Proven success in New Business Development and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with consultative, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English (additional French or Dutch is an advantage).
  • Highly self-motivated, structured, and comfortable working remotely across multiple countries.
