Product Manager

• Define the product strategy and roadmap.
• Deliver MRDs (Market requirements document) and PRDs (Product requirements document) with prioritised features and corresponding justification.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
• Drive product launches including working with executives, and other product management team members.
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
• Propose an overall budget to ensure success.
• Act as a leader within the company.
• Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples.
• Have complete knowledge of the product.
• Plan and conduct sprints, and manage the daily standups.
• Sign off on features before going live and ensure the overall reliability and performance of the product.
