About the role
- Support human resources activities for managers and employees at Sao Paulo location
- Assist in leading all aspects of HR processes, resolving issues, and supporting programs and policies
- Act as the primary Regional HR Business partner for Brazil
- Support all HR programs, including talent reviews, succession plans, coaching and development, workforce planning, and employee relations
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Legal, and People Services teams for full-service HR support
- Participate in corporate HR initiatives, such as enhancing talent management practices and leadership development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of Five (5) years of Human Resources related experience
- Fluent in Portuguese and English is essential
- Spanish desirable
- Proven ability to work effectively in a global matrix organization
- Legal authorization to work in Brazil – Sponsorship will not be provided for this position
