About the role
- Support both office operations and marketing efforts
- Be the communication hub between customers, technicians, and office systems
- Manage important marketing and administrative tasks
- Create, schedule, and maintain social media posts
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages
- Assist with basic content coordination
- Manage direct mail campaign including preparing and mailing letters, organizing lists, coordinating printed materials, tracking outreach consistency
- Answer incoming calls professionally and route appropriately
- Scan receipts and maintain digital filing systems
- Organize documentation and maintain clean records
- Assist technicians with scheduling or customer issues
- Communicate between office and techs to resolve minor service concerns
Requirements
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communicator (phone, email, and text)
- Able to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Professional and dependable
- Comfortable working independently
- Experience with CRM systems, scheduling platforms, social media management tools, or bookkeeping software is a plus.
