About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prospect and qualify hotels across Latin America via phone, email, WhatsApp and social media
  • Understand leads' pain points and needs, and generate interest in Asksuite's solution
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team with detailed information and high engagement
  • Track your KPIs and continuously seek performance improvements
  • Contribute to validating and testing new channels, approaches and cadence flows
  • Keep information up to date and organized in the CRM (preferably Pipedrive)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Basic knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling or similar)
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with CRM tools (preferred: Pipedrive)
  • Experience in SaaS sales (preferably as an SDR)
  • Fluent/native Spanish
  • Available to work remotely
  • Availability for 40 hours per week
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
