Graphic Designer
@ASK TrainingGraphic Designer creating visually engaging content across social media, marketing materials, and events for @ASK Training. Collaborating with teams to ensure brand consistency and meet project deadlines.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop visually appealing graphics for various platforms, including websites, social media, marketing materials, course content, and event graphics.
- Create engaging social media graphics and advertisements to promote our programs and events.
- Design event-related graphics, including banners, posters, and digital materials for both online and in-person events.
- Ensure all designs adhere to @ASK Training's brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all projects.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to produce fresh and engaging content.
- Schedule and post graphics in social media platforms.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required if the candidate has relevant experience and a strong portfolio.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography and branding in designing performance-driven ad creatives for platforms like Google, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma and other relevant tools.
- Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of basic motion graphics or UI/UX is a plus.
